potato derby

 

 

Our ward sure does have good parties.

This party was a Potato Derby.

The whole party was pretty much for the kids. 

Kelly helped Daphne make her potato car, she picked out what she wanted on it.

After all the kids made their cars we feasted on baked potatoes. How clever!

Then the racing began. 

You guys, Daphne won! 

As in, her potato was the fastest one there. It won every single heat!

Ha! Kelly and I laughed about that because come on, Kelly IS from Idaho (Idaho grows a lot of potatoes).

There was a photo booth for family pictures. Our kids didn't want to put on race jackets so it was just Kelly and I.
