We are so happy it is Friday!
Kelly had sales meetings this week at work. Blah! Basically it means he is gone straight for 4 days and we see him for about 5 minutes in the morning before he takes off for meetings, presentations, and important work stuff. When did life get so serious?
There is only so much shopping you can do to keep the baby happy (who at the moment can't walk, thank you fractured femur) and yourself happy (because your husband won't be home until after you have gone to bed) before the money runs out.
So, on to something else to do.
Make soft pretzels.
They were good. They tasted just as they should and we made them! Daphne loved helping roll them out.
Forest missed out because he fell asleep on the couch. But when he woke he had one.
We had them for dinner because remember Kelly wasn't going to be home anyway.
